Our founder and owner, Patrick Tierney, has personally installed over 200,000 sqare feet of underdecking. Pat has grown the company through the constant pursuit of innovative techniques, and leading from the front in all facets of the business. His commitment to being the very best is represented through the philosophy "it's either right or it's wrong."
We use only the best materials available without compromise, available in an array of colors and textures. Our underdeck systems create dramatic looks that not only compliment the home, but also increase the home’s value.

Meet Patrick
Pat Tierney is the owner and operator of Dry Patio Solutions. A general contractor, Pat brings over 35 years of construction experience to your project. He carefully evaluates the big picture of your project as he evaluates how to best install your underdecking system and add structural integrity and value to your investment. If you have an existing underlying issue, you will be informed of the deficiency so it can be resolved. Pat guides your project to improve your intial vision all along the way.
